Graduated from Business School, I hold a Master in Human Resources (HR) since 2008. I gained strong HR and coaching skills through experiences in various industries such as Finance, Industry or Retail. My core areas of expertise are competency management, career transition and HR efficiency.

 

As a Certified Coach, I am passionate in helping individuals reach their career goals and make the significant changes they need in their professional life.

 

My approach is structured and methodical yet participative and adaptative to my clients’ need. I do believe in commitment, trust and respect.

 

My ultimate mission is to empower people and unleash their full potential.
