Dans le cadre d'une réflexion sur ma carrière professionnelle, j'ai pris contact avec Marjorie.
Lors de notre entretien de rencontre, Marjorie a pris le temps d'expliquer sa démarche, les outils disponibles et sa méthode de coaching. Marjorie a une approche très claire et n'hésite pas à entrer dans les détails afin que la compréhension de ses services ou de son parcours de coaching soit complète. J'ai pu recevoir des liens vers des outils permettant de mieux analyser ma situation et affiner mes objectifs suite à ce premier RDV de rencontre.
Suite à notre rencontre, j’ai fait appel à Marjorie dans la cadre d’une négociation avec mon manager. Elle a su me guider sur les éléments clefs de la discussion, l’approche à mettre en place, le déroulé de mon discours. Elle a compris mes problématiques, et elle m’a aidé à ancrer mes points aux attentes / cycle du business afin qu’ils soient bien accueillis. Cette discussion avec Marjorie m’a permis de bien appréhender ma négociation, de me sentir prête, et d’arriver confiante devant mon manager.

My first experience with Marjorie was 4 years ago (in 2019) when I was looking to leave the company I’ve been working for over 10 years. At that time, she helped me a lot to overcome my fear to jump in, what I was seeing then, as an insecure situation. I was so comfortable in this company but at the same time so tired to deal with the same routine for so long. Our sessions helped me to understand what I like and dislike in my current position and what I would never want again for my next job. Marjorie was so good at translating what was in my mind and put it in words that make perfect sense. She orientated the discussion in a way I was finally able to see my strengths and she gave me confidence that I can perform in a new environment.
I called on her again 1 year after when I was on line for a promotion in my new company. To be honest, I was not sure I was the right candidate because I was there for just a year and did not feel I was up for this job. Again, Marjorie was there to help me in my interview preparation and she took a great amount of time to review my achievements in this new job which helped to convince me that I was the right person and thanks to Marjorie I felt totally legit when I enter the room for the interview. I eventually got the promotion.
I also would like to highlight how friendly and easy to talk to Marjorie is. You can only feel comfortable sharing private matter with her, she is definitely worth trusty and I am very grateful for her support.
